Taylor Marziotto
Taylor is a graduate of California University of PA (Penn West California) and joined Prudential in 2016. As a Financial Planner, Taylor uses a goal-oriented and advice-driven approach to help clients work towards their financial goals. Taylor specializes in helping individuals plan for retirement. There are several crucial steps to ensure you can retire with confidence. Taylor utilizes a streamlined process to create a financial analysis of where you currently are and where you want to be. Once the goals are established, she will work with you to create a personalized financial strategy that includes actionable items leading up to and beyond retirement. Taylor enjoys providing clarity to clients so they can enjoy retirement to its fullest and tackle its uncertainty.

Jim Ryan
Jim Ryan is a 33-year veteran of Prudential. Jim has been in an Advisor role with Prudential since 2008 while his previous management role focused on the training and development of financial planners. Jim enjoys traveling with his wife Becky and is very proud watching his sons Jake and Luke develop into hard working and responsible young men. Jim has been a PIAA baseball umpire and basketball official since 2014 including multiple playoff and state championship assignments. Jim enjoys working with individuals approaching and currently in retirement and providing the related Medicare advice.

Ryan Hettinger
Ryan joined Prudential Advisors in 2020 and is a graduate of Colorado State University. As a Financial Planner, Ryan utilizes a comprehensive approach with customized strategies, helping clients to work towards their objectives. Ryan specializes in working with mid-career individuals and families with multiple priorities (retirement planning, education planning, caring for an aging parent, etc.) competing with each other. Like any good coach, Ryan gives clients a simple to follow action plan to navigate their finances.

Jesse Leax
Jesse graduated from Indiana University of PA in 2009. Prior to becoming a Financial Planner, Jesse was the CFO of a medium-sized Pittsburgh based manufacturing company. He currently owns and manages a small real estate portfolio. Jesse married his wife, Megan, in 2014 and they have four wonderful children. Jesse prides himself in actively participating in the local Cub Scout Pack and coaching his children's soccer teams. Jesse passionately helps young professionals navigate the trials of their financial life such as family planning with children and retirement. Due to Jesse's extensive business and real estate experience, he also offers small/medium size business owners consultation services.

Daniel is a graduate of Allegheny College and is pursuing his masters degree at Frostburg State University. Daniel joined the team in 2024 and is a dedicated financial planner with a passion for helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals. Daniel takes a personalized approach to planning, tailoring strategies that align with each client's unique needs and aspirations. By combining industry knowledge with a commitment to transparency and education, Daniel empowers clients to make informed decisions about their financial futures. Outside of work, Daniel loves to spend time with his family and friends, play golf, and travel. Malena is a graduate of Slippery Rock University and joined the firm in 2020. She is committed to provide an excellent customer experience for every client or prospect. With an extensive background in client relations, customer service, and marketing, she manages general services requests and/or questions, scheduling and oversees the firm’s overall marketing and administrative efforts.
